On the login screen, tap "Forgot Password?" and enter the email associated with your account. You'll receive an email with instructions to reset your password. If you don't see the email, check your spam folder.
In the app, go to Settings, then select "Add Buddy." You can invite friends by sharing your buddy code or by searching for them by email. Your buddies can see your general progress, but you control what information you share.
Yes. Your core data — tracks, journal, urges — stays on your device and never reaches our servers. Optional features you turn on (buddies, AI support) use trusted service providers solely to make those features work, always encrypted in transit and at rest. Absolutely. ClearWindow works great as a personal tool. You can use accountability windows, track urges, access practice exercises, and chat with your AI buddy entirely on your own. Adding human buddies is optional.
You can request account deletion at any time. Email helloclearwindow@gmail.com with your request, and we'll delete your account and all associated data within 30 days.
